What we do

At Oak Tree Fields, we are dedicated to providing nature-based day activities for adults with support needs, Including those with Learning disabilities, Autism, Mental health needs and Memory impairments. Our focus is on developing independent, active and connected members of society by offering outdoor experiences to develop life, independence and work skills. What sets us apart is our unique approach to personalised and inclusive programmes which support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Our team is passionate about creating a unique and inclusive environment that fosters a deep connection with nature, ensuring that every individual feels valued, empowered and a sense of belonging.

By joining us on our day activities you will become a "co-farmer" Engaging in farm based activities you will be engaged in purposeful, outdoor activities to help improve physical and mental wellbeing. Some of the activities we offer include; caring for the animals,  using farm produce to create delicious meals, craft activities, wood working, nature walks, foraging, and wildlife observation. Each season brings new opportunities to learn hands-on skills, whether you’re planting in spring, harvesting pumpkins in autumn, or crafting birdhouses in winter, every task is designed to help you grow in confidence and independence.
